Yoga philosophy promises to show us how to live better, more meaningful lives. It’s no wonder that so many of us — as students, practitioners, and teachers — feel drawn to it as our practice deepens.
And yet, trying to apply yoga philosophy in our modern lives often feels… complicated. Too often, it comes across as abstract, fluffy, or irrelevant.
So what’s going wrong?
The truth is, we’ve fundamentally misunderstood what yoga philosophy is. Many of the philosophical ideas and practices that reach us today have been lifted out of their original context and dropped into our modern world. No wonder there’s a disconnect.
Without a grounded understanding of the history and diversity of yoga philosophy, it will always remain distant — something we “read about” but struggle to embody.
That’s why I created this free live webinar:
✨ Yoga Philosophy: From Fluff to Foundations ✨
In this session, we’ll cut through the myths and misconceptions to explore yoga philosophy in a way that is:
📚 Academically rigorous – rooted in solid history and scholarship
🌿 Actively contemplative – philosophy as a lived, embodied practice
💡 Practically inspiring – tools you can bring into your teaching and daily life
There will also be plenty of time for questions, reflection, and discussion — because yoga philosophy isn’t just something to learn about, it’s something to live.
