Why Private Yoga?

Private or 1-2-1 yoga classes are an amazing opportunity to begin or refine your practice, and take some well needed time for yourself, whatever stage you are at.

 

For those who are new to yoga, or returning after a break, 1-2-1 yoga allows you to work closely with a teacher to build solid foundations that honour you and your body, to feel confident going into the group class setting.

The beauty about 1-2-1 yoga is that we can work with your unique body and needs, so you both practice and learn.

I love working with people 1-2-1 as I am abit of a geek when it comes to things anatomy, alignment and individualised. This means I am dedicated to working with your body, and finding a practice that works for you.

Life can be full and fast-paced. My 1-to-1 sessions offer a space to slow down and reconnect through a blend of Supreme Release Yoga, breathwork and more to calm the nervous system, release deep-held tension, and restore balance. Optional hands-on assists help you drop even deeper into rest. Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and at home in your body.
