Private or 1–2–1 yoga classes are a beautiful opportunity to begin or refine your practice, and to take some well-needed time for yourself, whatever stage you’re at.​ 1–2–1 sessions offer the space to build solid foundations that honour your unique body, so you can feel confident both in group classes and in your own practice, going to a degree of personalised detail with a professional teacher that is impossible in a group class setting.

The beauty of 1–2–1 yoga is that we truly work with you — your body, your patterns, your needs — so you’re not only practising but learning and deepening your understanding from within, whatever your goals are.

My 1-2-1 yoga sessions are much more than a physical practice — they’re a personalised journey of self-discovery, balance, and empowerment. Rooted in an approach that honours yoga’s historical and philosophical depth, our work together blends movement, breath, and embodied attention to help you reconnect with yourself.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and desires — whether you’re seeking relief from back or shoulder tension, want to go deeper into the alignment of specific postures in your body,  or simply find a nourishing space to rest and restore — I would love to work with you to create a yoga experience that nourishes and transforms you.​

My teaching specialisms include a somatic and embodied approach to anatomy and alignment, inversions and arm balances through the power of the bandhas (yoga's energetic locks), and finding deep release and space in pelvic floor and spine through Supreme Release Yoga. In addition, I love to offer hands-on assists and modifications which can support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Pricing

First Session / One-Off Session — £85 
A personalised 1–2–1 session tailored to your needs, including consultation, assessment, and a full guided practice, up to 90-minutes. Ideal if you’re new, returning to yoga, or want focused support on something specific. We can also email prior to establish your needs and desires for the session.

4 Session Package — £65 per session
Save when you book a short block of sessions designed to help you build consistency, confidence, and real progress in your practice.
Each session is up to 90 minutes and fully tailored to your goals, body, and needs.

All sessions take place in the comfort of your home, within a reasonable driving distance from my location (Cambridge area). Otherwise, we can book a studio for an additional fee. Get in touch to discuss your needs and how I can best serve you!
