Are you ready to to soften, slow down, and drop into the rhythm of ease - all from the comfort of your own home, this Autumn. Book now

As the yogic sage Patanjali says, when the mind quietens, we come to abide in our own true and eternal nature. The traditions of Yoga and Tantra understand this true nature as ananda - the eternal bliss of the divine within.
Deeply inspired by these traditions, this Autumn I am delighted to be offering my popular Slow Flow to Restore yoga sessions online, so you can practice from the comfort of your own home.
Each class begins with a fluid, unhurried vinyasa flow — gently awakening movement, dissolving the residue of the day, and creating spaciousness in body and breath. From there, we journey into the deeply restorative landscapes of Supreme Release Yoga (SRY), inviting your body and being to soften, unravel, and rest — so you can truly abide in your inner bliss.
Woven throughout are quiet threads of yogic and tantric philosophy: whispers of wisdom to nourish not only body and breath, but also the inner pathways of reflection and renewal.
Open to all levels, this evening practice offers release, grounding, and a return home to yourself — leaving you restored, centered, and ready for a night of deep rest and sleep.
Thursday evenings, 7 - 8pm (UK time). Recording sent after.
£12 drop-in, 5-class pass £50.
