Embodying Yoga Philosophy Workshop

Ending 2025 and Welcoming in 2026 through Embodied Yoga Philosophy Principles

Monday 29th December, 6.30 - 8pm UK time

Ready to end the year, rooted in contemplation, grounded in community, and orientated in your vision for 2026?

As we reach the end of the year, Floss –  founder of Flossophy and Yoga and the Embodying Philosophy (as a way of life) Podcast – invites you to join her for a special workshop to say goodbye to 2025, and hello to 2026, all grounded in embodied philosophy principles.

In ancient and premodern times, philosophy was not just an intellectual activity, but a way of life whereby contemplative theory went hand-in-hand with embodied practice - together, both helping people live better, richer, more meaningful lives.
