As we reach the end of the year, Floss – founder of Flossophy and Yoga and the Embodying Philosophy (as a way of life) Podcast – invites you to join her for a special workshop to say goodbye to 2025, and hello to 2026, all grounded in embodied philosophy principles.
In ancient and premodern times, philosophy was not just an intellectual activity, but a way of life whereby contemplative theory went hand-in-hand with embodied practice - together, both helping people live better, richer, more meaningful lives.

About your teacher and facilitator | Floss Harry

Floss has an MPhil in the Philosophy of Religion from the University of Cambridge and has been studying and teaching yoga and yoga philosophy for the past 7 years, training in India, Nepal, and the UK.
She loves teaching embodied anatomy, somatic movement and – most of all – the history and philosophy of yoga, rooted in a practice of meaningful enquiry in the present.
She lives in Cambridge, the UK, and also works part-time for Embodied Philosophy, one of the world’s leading online Contemplative Studies learning platforms, and Tarka, their journal.
