The Embodied Yoga Fundamentals Series
Want to learn more about your anatomy, discovering alignment and connection in your yoga practice so that you both have a better understanding of the yoga poses you regularly practice, and they feel the best they can for you? Then this Embodied Yoga Fundementals series is for you!
