About the event
In earlier traditions, philosophy was understood as a way of life — something practised through reflection, contemplation, and embodied enquiry, in service of living with greater clarity and meaning.
These workshops offer a gentle return to that understanding. Through movement, reflection, and philosophical exploration, Embodying Yoga Philosophy invites participants to slow down, re-orient, and explore how ancient ideas can be lived meaningfully in modern life. The focus is not on learning more, but on practising differently — cultivating awareness, discernment, and a deeper sense of connection to what matters.
Each session may include:
Gentle embodied and somatic movement
Guided reflection and contemplative enquiry
Introduction to key yogic and philosophical principles (e.g. prakṛti and puruṣa, karma and habit, subtle and gross bodies, non-dual perspectives)
