Enquiry, discussion & practice, all in community with other teachers.

Life as a yoga teacher can be isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. The Yoga Teacher Community Club (YTCC)  is a space for yoga teachers of all levels to connect, share experiences, and reflect more deeply on both the practice and profession of yoga. 

 

Join Floss for monthly workshops bringing a practical and enquiry-focused understanding of philosophy to modern yoga teachers who want to pursue a more meaningful way of being, living, and teaching yoga.

Thursday 27th August, 1-2pm UK time | What We Practice, We Become: Practice, Action & the Yoga Teacher

An exploration of how repeated action shapes who we become, and what ideas of practice, karma and consistency can teach us about our personal practice, our teaching and the work we build.

Wednesday 23rd September, 1-2pm UK time | Structure & Sequence: Space, Time & the Art of Teaching Yoga
Explore the difference between structure and sequence, and how understanding both can help you create classes with greater clarity, coherence, creativity and balance.

Thursday October 22nd, 1-2pm UK time | Teaching the Subtle Body
For many, the yogic subtle body can be mysterious and even confusing. Yet an understanding of 'the subtle' is at the heart of yoga's deeper spiritual and philosophical teachings. In this workshop, we will explore what the subtle body is, and how we can bring it into our classes (and practice) to offer a transformative teaching experience for our students - and ourselves.
