About
Floss is a yoga teacher and scholar-practitioner of embodied approaches to philosophy, embracing traditions of both the East and West. She has just completed her Masters in Philosophy of Religion at the University of Cambridge and is passionate about philosophy as a way of life. Her yoga classes are are orientated around proprioception – the sense of the body in space – encouraging students to embody their anatomy, and adopt a curious, sensitive, and graceful attitude of self-enquiry into their yoga practice.

This course is the culmination of years of training in the philosophy of language and embodied anatomy as an approach to movement and yoga.
